Neuroinfectious Disease Training

The neuroinfectious disease division faculty participate in the education and training of residents and fellows who wish to gain experience in neuroinfectious diseases. Medical students may apply for a two-week elective in neuroinfectious diseases.

Neuroinfectious Disease Research

Our faculty are experts in the neurological complications of infectious diseases and actively leading research in this area. Our specialists are conducting research on infections in the neurocritical care unit, infectious causes of stroke including endocarditis, and neurological complications of HIV.
